Butter & flour to coat & dust the cake pans
1+3/4 cup flour
2 cup sugar
3/4 cup GOOD cocoa powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 XL eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup hot coffee

Directions:

preheat oven to 350º
butter then line pans with parchment paper (2 - 8" round pans)

SIFT all dry ingredients into mixer bowl

COMBINE buttermilk, eggs, oil & vanilla in separate bowl.

Turn mixer on LOW & add wet ingredients. when mixed, keeping mixer on LOW, add coffee

Bake 35 to 40 inutes
