1large pork loin
3 strips bacon
Seasoned salt
Black pepper
2 pounds, devined, peeled shrimp
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 medium onion diced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons white wine Worcestershire
4 slices chopped bacon
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 cup melted butter
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
In olive oil sauté bacon, celery, mushrooms, garlic and onion. Add shrimp and sauté until pink. Add lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Mix melted butter with bread crumbs and add to saute.

Slice loin almost in half, lengthwise on one side. Wash and pat dry. Place stuffing inside and close. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper. Wrap with 3 strips bacon. Place in browning bag with 2 tablespoons flour. Close bag and pierce holes in it. Bake on cookie sheet approximately 2 hours on 325º.
