Ingredients:  
1 bag of collard greens
(optional: you can add kale or mustard greens)
1 cooked smoked turkey leg (available at supermarket)
1/2 onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
olive oil
3 cups chicken broth
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
salt, pepper, vinegar, hot sauce (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, saute in olive oil the onion and garlic.
place the turkey leg, broth and pepper flakes in the pot.
Bring to a boil then simmer for 20-30 min.
Add in the collard greens. Cook at med-low heat for another
45-60 min until soft and wilted.
Serve with cut pieces of the turkey in the greens.
