3 lbs. Ricotta Cheese
5 Eggs
1½ - 2 c. Grated Romano Cheese
½ c. Parsley
Salt & Pepper
Lasagna Pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Boil pasta, drain, and rinse. Cover bottom of 9x13" baking pan with spaghetti sauce. Add layer of pasta. Put layer of cheese mixture on top of pasta, then spread a small amount of spaghetti sauce over cheese. Repeat pasta, cheese, and sauce – ending with a layer of pasta. Cover top layer of pasta with spaghetti sauce then sprinkle with Romano Cheese. Cover with tin foil and bake at 350º until firm. When knife inserted in center comes out reasonably clean, it should be done. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
