1 pound ground round
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon salt (we use 1/2 teaspoon)
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons minced onion
Butter
1 can cream of celery, chicken, or mushroom soup
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together ground round, chopped celery, bread crumbs, egg, salt, pepper, and minced onion. Form into patties. Brown in butter in skillet. Cook slowly in covered skillet for 25 minutes with 1 can cream of celery, chicken, or mushroom soup with 1/2 cup water.
