1/2 cup pecans
7 oz caramel
1/2 cup chocolate chips
23 mini pretzels
2 tablespoons Half and Half
Directions:
Directions:
Combine caramels and Half and Half, melt until smooth. Chop pecans, add to caramel. Place scoop of caramel on top of pretzel then top with melted chocolate. Place a pecan on top for garnish.
