1 large chicken
2 large onions, cut fine
4 1-pound cans tomatoes
8 large potatoes
1 tablespoon salt
1/4 teaspoon red pepper
1 can Niblets corn (drained)
1 can green sweet peas (drained)
1/3 teaspoon black pepper
Tobasco to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken in small amount of salted water. When done remove from bones and cut up chicken in fine pieces. (Do not use skin.) Cut up peeled potatoes and onions and cook in chicken broth until done. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 2 hours.
