6 chicken breasts (12 halves)
3 cups sour cream
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce (2ml)
1/2 tsp celery salt (2 ml)
3/4 tsp Hungarian paprika (3ml)
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp salt (1 ml)
pinch pepper
2 1/2 cups fine dry breadcrumbs (625ml)
3/4 cup butter (200 ml)
3/4 cup shortening (200 ml)

1. Cut each breast in half, wipe, debone and skin.
2. Combine sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, paprika, garlic, salt and pepper in large bowl.
3. Add chicken to mixture and let stand overnight covered.
Thursday a.m.
1. Remove chicken breasts one by one, leaving a good coating of sour cream on each, and coat well with breadcrumbs.
2 Arrange on a shallow, greased cookie sheet cover and refrigerate until ready to bake.
Thursday p.m.
1. Melt butter and shortening in sauce pan and spoon about 2 tsp over each piece of chicken.
2. Bake uncovered at 350º f for 25 minutes. Spoon over with rest of the butter and bake for another 5-10 minutes.
