2 pkgs. yeast
½ c. warm water
2 c. boiling water
2 c. milk (whole)
1 c. sugar
½ c. shortening, melted
fistful of salt
9-10 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Soak yeast in warm water.
Add the boiling water to the milk. Cool slightly.
Stir in the yeast and the sugar.
Add the melted shortening and 1T. salt.
Stir in the flour and mix well. Knead well (about 8 mins.)
Let rise ½ hour and then punch dough down and let rest 8 mins.
Form into buns. Let rise 45 mins. or until light.
Bake 20-22 mins. at 375º.
