2 Sticks (1 C) Real Butter, Melted
18 oz Jar of Chunky Peanut Butter
1 1/2 lb Powdered Sugar
2 1/2 C Rice Krispies Cereal
1 package of Chocolate Almond Bark (Dipping Chocolate)

Directions:
Mix the melted butter, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and Rice Krispies together using a wooden spoon or your hands. Roll the mixture into desired size balls and place onto a cookie sheet. Refrigerate the peanut butter balls at least 2 hours.

When you are ready to dip the balls into chocolate, remove them from the refrigerator. Melt the dipping chocolate by following the package instructions. Drop each peanut butter ball into the chocolate mixture. Roll it around using a fork. You can either coat the entire ball with chocolate or roll it around, using a fork, leaving a circle of peanut butter exposed so that it resembles a buckeye. Place the chocolate dipped ball onto a cookie sheet covered in wax paper with the peanut butter exposed side up. Once each sheet is full, place the chocolate covered peanut butter balls back into the refrigerator. Once they are hardened, remove them from the cookie sheet and place them into a container (Rubbermaid / Tupperware). Store them in the refrigerator or freezer until you are ready to serve them.
