1 small head of cabbage, shredded
2 pounds ground beef
2 (14.5 ounce) cans stewed or diced tomatoes
1 can Rotel
2 (8-ounce) cans tomato sauce
4 cups chicken stock (more if too thick)
1 large onion, chopped
4 stalks celery, finely chopped
1 small green pepper, finely chopped
3 potatoes, peeled and diced
Cayenne pepper to taste
4 cloves garlic, minced
pinch salt
fresh ground pepper
paprika
Creole seasoning, dash
Mrs. Dash, dash

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet with olive oil, sauté celery, onion, bell pepper and garlic until soft and remove. Brown ground beef and drain. Toss in cabbage with 4 tbsps. butter and cook until tender. Add all ingredients together in a large pot with chicken stock. Continue to cook on medium high until potatoes are tender.
