2 cups Confectioner's Sugar
1 ⅓ cups Jiff peanut butter
¼ cup butter, melted
⅔ cup graham cracker crumbs
1 tbsp. maple syrup
1 tsp. salt
2 cups white chocolate, melted
2 tsp. coconut oil
Sprinkles for garnish (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine powdered sugar, peanut butter, butter, graham cracker crumbs, maple syrup and salt. Using a hand mixer, mix ingredients until smooth and fully combined.
Using a small cookie scoop, form into balls and place onto a wire rack over a cookie sheet. In a medium bowl, combine white chocolate and coconut oil and blend until smooth. Dip each peanut butter ball into the chocolate and return to the wire rack.
Garnish with sprinkles and refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
