10 eggs
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1. tsp. baking powder
2 c. cottage cheese
1 lb. shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
1/2 c. melted butter
8 oz. diced green chilis (2 small cans)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until lemon colored. In a separate bowl mix flour, baking powder and salt together. Add melted butter to dry ingredients and mix. Add eggs. Stir in diced chilies and cheese. Mix all well. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Bank at 350º for 45 minutes until golden and eggs feel done to the touch.
