1/3 c. shortening
½ c. granulated sugar
1 egg
1½ c. flour
1½ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
½ c. milk
½ c. sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
½ c. melted butter or margarine


Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Mix shortening, ½ c. sugar, and the egg. Stir in flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg alternately with the milk. Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full. Bake 20 minutes. Immediately after baking roll puffs in melted margarine, then in sugar cinnamon mixture.
