2-1/2 cups Seasoned crutons
2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 lbs. Cooked, drained and crumbled sausage
2 cups Milk
4 Lg. Eggs
1/2 cup Milk
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup

Directions:
Directions:
In a greased or sprayed 9 x 13 glass baking dish, layer crutons, cheese, and sausage. Beat eggs and 2 cups milk together and pour over sausage mixture. Refrigerate Overnight.
The next morning-
Mix 1/2 cup milk and 1 can mushroom soup together. Pour over top of egg bake.

Bake in oven at 350º for 1-1/2 hours.

Serve with a tall glass of white milk or orange juice!
