4 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 Tbsp. butter
20 Marshmallows - cut into pieces.
1 egg, well beaten ( may require 2)
1 cup mixture of raisins, cherries, and nuts
1 cup icing sugar

Coconut, to coat the roll.

Directions:
Directions:

Melt the chocolate and butter together.
Add all dry ingredients.
Shape into a log.
Working quickly, roll the log in coconut.
Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate.
Slice before serving.
Store in refrigerator; keeps for several weeks.
