1/2 cup Neapolitan balsamic vinegar

Salad:
12 cups Romaine lettuce
1 cup red or purple onion, diced
1 cup strawberries, diced
1/2 cup Feta cheese
Directions:

Dressing:
Blend all ingredients together and aside.

Salad:
Place all ingredients together in bowl, and top with dressing. Toss lightly & enjoy.
