8 c. Chopped romaine
English cucumber seeds out and chopped
1/3 c. Feta crumble
1/2 shallot thin slice
1/4 c. Olive oil or more
2 T. Red wine vinegar
1 lemon juiced
1 1/2 T. Chopped fresh dill
1/2 t. Salt 1/4 t. Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Shalllot to large bowl. Add vinegar and lemon juice for few min. Emulsify oil to desired consistency. Salt, pepper, dill.Add cucumber up to several hours and refrig.
Before serving, add romaine and feta and toss.
