2 pkgs. dry yeast
½ c. lukewarm water
1 T. sugar
1 c. milk, heated
1 c. water, heated
2/3 c. sugar
3 T. shortening, melted
2 eggs
1 T. salt
About 5 c. bread flour


Directions:
Directions:
Combine yeast, water and 1 T. sugar. Set aside until it rises.
Add milk, water, remaining sugar, shortening, eggs and salt to yeast mixture. Add about 3 cups bread flour.
Let rise until double. Knead down.
Let rise again. Make into buns.
Bake 350º for 15-20 minutes.
