1 cup shortening
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
5 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups sugar
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Mix all ingredients except for flour. Add flour a little bit at a time. Refrigerate the dough for 7 hours, if you have the time otherwise just flour the table and roll dough a little at a time.
