1 pkg frozen filo cups
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 c grated cheddar cheese
2 T Duke's mayonnaise
1/2 c fine-chopped tomatoes
1/4 c crisp-cooked bacon, crumbled
3 T fine-chopped green onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Peel and chop tomatoes into small cubes. Drain excess juice. Mix cream cheese with cheddar until softened and blended. Mix in remaining ingredients. Stuff filo cups and place on baking sheet. Bake until bubbly. Serve hot or at room temperature.
