12-14 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup dijon mustard
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (or more to taste)
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Trim any excess fat from chicken then add to a gallon-sized zip-top back or lidded container. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well to make a marinade. Pour marinade over chicken. Seal bag then refrigerate 6-8 hours or overnight.
