2 C all purpose flour
1 C shredded Cheddar cheese
1 Tbl. baking powder
1 Tsp. salt
1/2 Tsp. garlic powder
2/3 c milk
1/3 c butter
1 large egg
2 tsp. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 400º. Butter a baking sheet.
Combine flour, Cheddar cheese, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder in a bow.
Combine milk, 1/3 cup butter and egg in a separate bowl. Mix int the flour mixture until chunky. Do not over mix the batter
Drop batter by tablespoon onto prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes and brush with melted butter. Continue baking until golden brown.
