12 ounce butterscotch chips
1/4 cup peanut butter
4 1/2 cups corn flakes
Directions:
Directions:
Butter or parchment paper a cookie sheet.
Boil water, place glass bowl over the water in the pan. Don’t let bowl touch water.
Add butterscotch chips and peanut butter. Stir and melt.
Add the 4 1/2 cornflakes. Mix, making sure all cornflakes are covered.
Take off heat.
Drop by spoonful onto prepared cookie sheet.
Cool in refrigerator or on counter.
