2 Bags Frozen Sweet Potatoes or 4 Large Fresh Sweet Potatoes (baked, boiled, or microwaved)
1 - 14 Ounce Can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk© or 3/4 Cup Sugar Free Sugar (Adjust to your tastes)
1 Stick Butter, melted
1 Egg, beaten
1 Tablespoon Flour
1Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Nutmeg
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 Teaspoons Lemon Juice
Add extra teaspoon vanilla extract if sugar free sugar was used.


Topping
1/2 Cup Melted Butter
1 Cup Light Brown Sugar or Sugar Free Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 Bag Marshmallow or (sugar free marshmallows)

Directions:
Directions:
Peel oven baked potatoes or microwaved potatoes and add to a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Add additional sugar if needed. Blend together in mixer well. Remove potato strings on beaters to discard. Do not put strings from beaters in the batter. Pour in 13" x 9" baking dish . Mix all topping ingredients except marshmallows. Place topping ingredients on top. Bake 55 minutes in 325 degrees oven or until tested in middle casserole. Doing the last 5 minutes place marshmallows on top of dish to melt. Melt and remove from oven.

Bake at 300 degrees if Sugar Free Sugar and Brown Sugar was used.
