4 boiled potatoes cut up into bite size pieces
2 cans of brown chickpeas
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 green chili
1-2 green raw mangos - sliced
5-6 curry leaves
½ tsp turmeric
½ tsp. green chili paste
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp ginger
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp of chana flour mixed well with ½ cup of water
1 tbsp. of tomato paste
1 - 2 cups of water
½ bunch of cilantro chopped

Directions:
Directions:
1) Heat olive oil in a saucepan and add mustard seeds. green chili and curry leaves.
2) Add turmeric, salt, garlic and ginger, lemon juice and green chutney .
3) Add the tomato paste and let it cook .
3) Next add the chana flour mixture and mix well and let it cook for about 5 minutes. Ensure there are no lumps.
4) Add the raw mangoes
5) Drain the water from the chickpeas and wash well under water to remove excess salt.
6) Add the chickpeas in the mixture and mix well and cook for 5 minutes..
7) Add the boiled potatoes and 1 cup of water and let it boil.
9) Depending on the amount of the liquid you need you may or may not add the rest of the of the water.
10) Taste the mixture for salt and spiciness according to your taste. Add more if needed.
11) Garnish with cilantro.

Serve with chips, chevdo. daar bajia or mogo chips.
