Crust:
1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup melted butter or margarine
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, room temperature

Filling:
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons milk
3 1/2 cups Cool Whip (or two 8 oz. containers)
4 cups fresh sliced peaches, tossed in lemon juice
2 small packages instant vanilla pudding
3 1/2 cups cold milk

Crust:
Mix together graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Lightly press into a 13 x 9 baking dish or two 8 x 8 pans. bake 7 minutes at 350º. Cool.

Filling:
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and 2 tablespoons milk until smooth. Fold in one container Cool Whip and spread over crust.
Arrange sliced peaches in an even layer. Prepare pudding with 3 1/2 cups cold milk; pour over peaches. Chill, then spread remaining carton of Cool Whip over the top. (To garnish, sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over top.) Chill overnight and enjoy!

When Steve and the kids stayed with Uncle Autry and Aunt Saundra for a week one summer, Aunt Saundra made this and Stephen really liked it. Aunt Saundra gave him the recipe, and he has made it several times since then.
