20 graham crackers finely crushed....1/4 cup softened butter.....2 (3 oz) packages softened crème cheese,,,,,1 (15 oz) can sweetened condensed milk....2 separated eggs....2 Tbsp sugar.....1 tsp sugar.....1 tsp vanilla....1 1/2 tsp cornstarch....1 1/2 cups canned crushed pineapple with juice.....1 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice....

Mix crumbs with butter and press into an 8 inch square baking dish. Beat crème cheese until creamy and add the condensed milk and egg yolks and blend thoroughly . Beat the egg whites until foamy and gradually add the sugar beating until soft peaks are formed. Carefully fold the egg whites and the vanilla into the cheese mixture. Pour into the dish. Bake in the oven at 350 about 35 minutes. Mix pineapple cornstarch and lemon juice in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer stirring constantly for about 10 minutes. Cool and then spread over the cake.
