1 lb. ground round or sirloin
1 stick oleo
1 cup flour
½ gallon water
Ground Pepper, no Salt
1 Carrot, Medium Onion, 1 Celery
1 pkg. Mixed Vegetables
½ can tomatoes
¼ Tbs. Beef Bullion
Directions:
Directions:
Melt oleo, stir in flour gradually, add 2 cups water. Stir until smooth; add rest of ingredients except meat.
Sauté steak, 2 Tbs. oleo; brown, drain and put into the liquid.
Cook 2 hours.
