1/2 cup salt
2 tsp cream of tarter
1 cup water
1 Tbsp oil
Food coloring

Mix together in large sauce pan. Heat over medium heat 3 minutes. Knead on counter top until smooth. Cool. Store in plastic bags or sealed plastic ware. Recipe can be colored using powdered koolaid. This recipe doubles beautifully.
