1 quart milk
1 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
2/3 cup butter
2 Tbsp yeast
2 eggs
10 cup flour

1 1 lb pkg powdered sugar
1 cube butter
1 tsp vanilla
cream or milk enough to make thick icing

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk, sugar, salt and butter in microwavable glass bowl. Scald. Stir until butter is melted. Let cool to 130º on meat or candy thermometer.
Add eggs and flour. Sprinkle yeast over flour. Mix, then knead with mixer 5 minutes.
Let rise till double in size.
Roll out dough and spread with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
Rollup and slice with thread. Place in greased pan or parchment covered cookie tray. Bake 375º until slightly brown, about 15 minutes.

Mix up powdered sugar, butter, and vanilla to make icing. Spread over cinnamon rolls while still warm.
