1 Cake yeast
1/2 Cup warm water
5 C Flour
1 tes Banking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp salt
3 Tablespoons sugar
3/4 Cup Vegetable oil
2 Cups Butttermilkl

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water set aside. Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and sugar together
Cut in shorting in to flour mixture - until thoroughly add buttermilk and yeast
On a floured board, roll out dough to 1 1/2 to 1 3/4/ inches thickness. Place biscuits on cookie sheet and bank 10-12 minutes.

Dough will keep several weeks cover and store in refrigerator. Take out amount needed.
