3 cup flour
2 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
2 cups shredded carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Sift all 6 dry ingredients together.

Mix in oil and eggs.

Stir in shredded carrots.

Bake 15 minutes at 350º then reduce heat to 325º and bake an additional 30 minutes.

Frost with cream cheese frosting.
