1/2 cup butter
1 pkg yellow cake mix
1/2 cup shredded coconut
2 1/2 cup sliced apples
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup sour cream
2 egg yolks or 1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter and cake mix together until crumbly. Add coconut. Pat mixture into ungreased 9 x 13 pan building up edges.
Bake 10 minutes in 350º oven. Slice pealed apples on top. Mix the sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over apples. Blend sour cream and eggs. Drizzle over apples. Bake an additional 25 minutes. Serve warm.
