1 1/2 C butter
3 C brown rice flour
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together well. Roll between waxed paper or plastic wrap and fit into two pie plates or one double crust pie (I made 4 small pie crusts)

Bake at 350º for 8-10 minutes ufilled. Either prebake slightly if using filling or bake at 425º for 10 min on lowest shelf.
Then reduce to 350º for 10 minutes or until done.
