Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, dissolve yeast and 1 tsp. sugar in ½ cup water,,,;let stand for 5 minutes.
Add the milk, salt, egg, oil and remaining sugar and water
Gradually add 2 cups flour; beat til smooth.
Stir in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough.
Turn onto a floured surface; knead til smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes.
Place in a greased bowl, turning once to coat all sides.
Tightly cover with saran wrap
. Let rise til double in size (30-45 minutes).
Punch dough down.
On a lightly floured surface, divide dough in half.
Roll each piece to ⅓ to ½ inch thickness.
Cut with a 2½ in. round cutter, or I use a pizza slicer and make 8 triangles. I roll the triangles starting with the wide end and continue down to the tip. Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with the melted butter. Bake at 350º for 10-15 minutes, just until starting to get golden brown.
