2 lbs. ground beef
1 box Carrol Shelby's Chili Kit
1 onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
2 T. oil
1 - 8 oz. can tomato sauce
8 oz. water
1 can Rotel diced tomatoes w/green chilis
1 large can Kuner's HOT chili beans

Serve with: sour cream, shredded cheese
and Frito corn chips.

Directions:
In a large pot, saute the onions and pepper until
translucent. Add the meat and saute until brown.
Drain the grease from the meat.
Add all the seasonings in the Chili Kit.
Add the tomato sauce, water, Rotel, and beans.

Bring to a slight boil, then lower, cover and simmer
for 30-40 minutes.

Put in serving bowls, topped with cheese, sour cream
and crushed fritos.
