Ingredients:  
2 quiche pans (this recipe is for 2 quiches)
2 Pillsbury refrigerated pie crusts - softened as directed on box.
1 pint of heavy whipping cream
12 eggs, slightly beaten
salt, pepper, Italian seasoning
8 slices of bacon, cooked until crispy, then crumbled
1 onion and 1 package of mushrooms, finely diced and sautéed in butter
2 cups shredded cheese (Gruyere, Swiss or Cheddar)
¼ cup parmesan cheese

Veggies of choice: broccoli florets, spinach, tomatoes
Protein of choice: bacon, ham, chicken, turkey, shrimp, crabmeat

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F.
In a large bowl, mix the eggs, cream, and seasonings.
Set aside.
Saute in butter the chopped veggies and meat of choice.
Line each quiche with the meat, veggies on the bottom,
then cheese, onion and mushroom. Pour egg mixture
over all of it.

Bake for 40-50 min. until a knife comes out clean when
inserted in the middle.
