2 lbs. yucca, peeled and cut in chunks
2 large onions, sliced
¼ cup olive oil
4 cloves garlic, peeled and smashed
cayenne pepper
(optional: sprinkle with chopped cilantro
and drizzle with lime)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the yucca and onions for 25 min.
Heat the oil in a separate saucepan with
the garlic and cayenne pepper.

Drain the yucca/onions and place on a
large plate. Drizzle the oil over the veggies.
