Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Crust: Graham crackers (crushed) (about 2 sleeves) and butter (enough to hold crust together) and a little sugar. Press into 9 x 13" glass baking dish - Bake at 325º for 6 minutes

Place in mixer bowl:
3 8 oz. pkgs. Phila Cream Cheese
¾ c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Beat 5 minutes at medium speed with hand mixer (big stand mixer breaks it down too much)
Add 2 large whole eggs and beat 2 minutes more
Fold in 1/3 pint sour cream and pour into crust and bake 25 minutes at 325º

Mix lightly 2/3 pint sour cream, 1/2 c. sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla
Pour over hot cake and bake another 10 minutes more at 325º
Strawberry topping: I use frozen berries, sugared and thickened with corn starch (mix ½just like gravy) and add red food coloring to bring the color back Pour over hot cake and cool
Chill cake at least 5 hours before serving (I always make the day before)
