1.5 lb shrimp
3 bell peppers (sliced
1 small red onion (sliced)
2 T. EVOO
1 t. cajun seasoning
1/2 t. black pepper
1 T. chili powder
1 T. garlic powder
1 T. onion powder
1 1/2 t. ground cumin
1 T. smoked paprika
2 limes
1 bunch cilantro
flour tortillas

preheat oven to 450º. Thaw shrimp if frozen. In large bowl combine oil and dry spices. Mix together well. Chop/slice onion and pepper. Add them to mixture and coat evenly. Add shrimp and coat evenly. Spread on single layer of tin foiled lined metal baking sheet. Wrap tortillas and put on baking sheet. Cook for 8 minutes for small shrimp or 11 minutes for large shrimp. Remove from oven and squeeze lime over and add fresh cilantro.
