Meat mixture:
3 lbs. ground beef
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
dash pepper
3 small cans tomato sauce (8 oz.)
1 tsp. garlic powder

Cream Cheese mixture:
1 c. sour cream
6 oz. cream cheese
4 green onions, chopped
10 oz. grated cheddar cheese (more if put between layers)

8 oz. pkg. lasagna noodles (9" long)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and drain off grease. Add sugar, salt, pepper, tomato sauce and garlic powder. Simmer 30 minutes.
Mix cream cheese until soft, mix with sour cream and onions.
Cook noodles and set aside for 15 minutes to drain.
In long dish (9x13") spread layer of noodles. Top with cream cheese mixture then with meat mixture.
Repeat layers. Top with grated cheese. Bake 1 hour at 350º.
