Ingredients:  
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mexicorn
1 c cooked rice
1 bell pepper
¼ chopped onion
Shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Saute onion and pepper in butter til soft.
Mix all ingredients together except cheese.
Bake on 375 til bubbling.
Add cheese on top and put back in oven until cheese is melted.
