cut up whole chicken
flour
2 eggs
milk
oil
salt
pepper
garlic salt or powder

Directions:
Directions:
Pouf flour into a jumbo plastic bag. Add garlic powder/salt, salt and pepper to flour. Mix well. Toss chicken pieces into flour mixture. In a shallow bowl mix eggs and little milk. Beat till mixed well. Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture, coating completely. Place chicken pieces back into the flour mixture and coat well. In a fry pan heat oil to about 140º. When oil is hot, place in chicken pieces and cover with lid. When underside is golden brown turn chicken pieces over and replace the lid. When that side is golden brown turn chicken again and leave the lid off. When chicken is cooked thoroughly drain off grease on paper towel.
