1 whole chicken cut up and skinned
1 can of tomato paste
1 tbsp. of ginger
1 tbsp. of garlic
½ tsp. of green chili paste (add more if you like it spicy)
1 tbsp. of coriander chutney
1 tbsp. of lemon juice
1 tbsp. of vinegar
1 tsp. of salt
1 tsp. of turmeric
2 tbsp. of oil
2 tbsp. of yogurt
1 tbsp. of paprika

Directions:
Directions:
1) Mix all the ingredients except chicken and set aside.
2) Using a sharp knife make slits in the chicken pieces
3) Rub the tomato paste mixture on the chicken
4) Marinate the chicken for about 1 hour in the refrigerator
5) Turn the broiler on high
6) Place the chicken under the broiler and let it cook until it starts to brown. Using a pair of tongs turn the chicken on the uncooked side. Baste the chicken with the liquid and turn again until the liquid starts to thicken and reduce in volume.
7) Remove from the oven and serve with Nan or masala potatoes..
