2 pouches of Pioneer Country Gravy Mix
1½ teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
2 eggs
¼ cup milk
¼ cup vegetable oil
4 beef cubed steaks

Directions:
Directions:
In a pie plate, combine one pouch Pioneer gravy mix, salt, paprika, onion and garlic powders. Mix well. Beat together eggs and milk. In a heavy skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Coat cube steaks first in dry gravy mix, dip in egg, then again in dry gravy mix. Fry steaks 2 1/2 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness. Top with prepared Pioneer Country Gravy mix.
