1 package lemon gelatin
1 No 2 can crushed pineapple
1/2 pound of cottage cheese
1/2 pint whipping cream
1/2 C nuts if desired
Directions:
Directions:
Drain the pineapple and add enough water to the juice to make 2 capfuls, heat to the boiling point, and add the gelatin. Coll, and when it begins to thicken, add the pineapple cottage cheese and the whipped cream. Chill in molds. Then serve
