3 eggs
3 large green peppers
1 package of gelatine
Juice from a quart can of tomatoes
1/4 t salt
Directions:
Directions:
Make tomato jelly by boiling tomato juice, remove from fire, add the gelatine that has been soak for 5 minutes in 1/2 cup of cold water. Add salt and chill.

Boil eggs until hard

Remove tops and the inside from the green peppers.

Shell eggs and put a whole egg in each pepper.

Add gelatin mixture to pepper.
