3 boneless skinless chicken breast - cooked

1/4 package of wontons (deep-fried)
3 to 6 green onions
1 small package of almonds (slivered)
1/4 C sesame seeds

1 head of iceberg lettuce

Dressing:

8 T sugar
8 T vinegar
4 t salt
1 t pepper
2 t accent
1 C salad Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the chicken breasts in the oven until cooked through—350 for about an hour. When cool, slice into bite-sized pieces. Set aside


Slice wontons into three-inch strips. Place oil in a pan. Fry wontons until golden brown color. Remove them from the pan. Add sesame seeds and almonds lightly roast them. Remove them from the pan. Place on paper towel to drain oil. Let cool until crisp.

Slice lettuce in a large bowl. Add green onions. Toss with salad dressing. Add cooked and cooled chicken. Toss. Right before serving, add in wontons and sesame seeds, and almonds.
