4 eggs
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
Loaf of French or Sour Dough bread sliced into 1" slices
Butter
Maple Syrup
Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Dip bread and/or place in pan and pour liquid over bread. Melt butter on griddle or frying pan over medium heat. Add a few bread slices at a time and cook until browned; turn and brown on other side. Keep warm in 150ºF oven.
